Benefits are only good when people actually want to use them.
Too many employee benefits are technically available and practically invisible. We want Beneficial to live closer to the ordinary workday: easy to understand, easy to use and useful enough to remember.
For now, the exact product stays behind closed access. The public idea is simple: make work feel a little more rewarding without creating more work.
